There is considerable delay in filing the Civil Application. 3.

However, for the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). 5.

Amendment be carried out within a period of 2 weeks from today. Amended copy to be served on all the Respondents within a period of 2 weeks thereafter.

Accordingly, the Civil Application is disposed of in above terms, with no order as to costs.
