By this application, the Applicant is seeking transfer of H.M.P. No.226 of 2024 pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Gadhinglaj to learned Family Court, Solapur. 2.

It is contention of learned counsel for the Applicant that the Applicant stays at Solapur. The distance between Solapur to Gadhinglaj is more than 300 km. The applicant is finding it difficult to attend the Court dates at Gadhinglaj. She has no source of income. Hence, requested to allow the application.

It is contention of learned counsel for the Respondent that Respondent has no objection to allow the application, but directions Shantanu S. Dhudum 1/2

66-MCA-324-2025 (C).doc be given to dispose the petition within six months. Hence, requested to pass appropriate order.

I have heard both learned counsel.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the Applicant and learned counsel for the Respondent, I pass following order:

ORDER

i. The application is allowed.

ii. The H.M.P. No.226 of 2024 be transferred from Civil Judge Senior Division, Gadhinglaj to Family Court, Solapur.

iii. The learned Family Court, Solapur is requested to dispose off petition as early as possible preferably within six months, after receipt of this order. iv. The Respondent can file application for appearing through VC before Family Court, Solapur.

v. The learned Family Court, Solapur shall decide the said application on its own merit.

. The application stands disposed off.
