This is an application for recalling the order dated 29th June, 2017 passed by Registrar (Judicial­I). By that order, 4 weeks time was granted to remove office objections failing which registration of Writ Petition was to stand refused.

As the petitioner did not remove office objections, the Petition was dismissed. Mr. Shelke states that notices are not issued to the respondents. He assures that after restoration of the Petition, within 2 weeks from today, he will remove office objections.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Writ Petition is restored to its original position. The petitioner shall remove office objections within 2 weeks from today, failing which, the order dated 29th June, 2017 shall stand revived without further reference of the Court.
