1) Learned APP for Respondent No.1-State on instructions from Police Sub-Inspector Smt. Pooja Mahajan attached to Vita Police Station, District Sangli, submitted that, after completing the investigation, the Investigating Agency has reached to the conclusion that, only the offences under Sections 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code are made out against the Petitioners and therefore the Investigating Officer will file a Summary Report under Rule 219 of the Maharashtra Police Manual, categorizing the same as 'Non-cognizable Summary Report'.

2) In view of the above, Petitioners are having remedy to contest the said case, if the learned Magistrate decides to proceed against Petitioners. 3) Petition is accordingly disposed off.
