None appears for the Petitioner. When the Petition was listed on 23 June 2023, this Court sought report about status of Regular Civil Suit No.108 of 2013 from the Trial Court. Accordingly, the Civil Judge Senior Division, Ajra has submitted report which indicates that the Regular Civil Suit No.108 of 2013 has already been disposed of on 20 April 2017. This Petition challenges order dated 2 September 2016 passed by the Trial Court on Application at Exhibit-18, by which third party was directed to be impleaded under the provisions of Order I, Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
