The praecipe dated 9th January 2023 is moved by Mr. Rahul R. Patil, learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent Nos.1A to 1D 1/3

for speaking to the minutes. He states that he appears for Respondent Nos.1A to 1D and in the appearance shown in order dated 5th January 2023, the same is wrongly mentioned as "Mr. R.R. Patil i/b. N.J. Patil".

He further states that in paragraph No.6, "Second Appeal No.1005 of 2007" is wrongly mentioned as "Second Appeal No.1055 of 2007".

Therefore, corrections be made in order dated 5th January 2023 as follows:

(i) Appearance be corrected as Mr. R.R. Patil for Respondent Nos.1(A) to 1(D);

(ii) In paragraph No.6 instead of "Second Appeal No.1055 of 2007", the same be corrected as "Second Appeal No.1005 of 2007".

It is further submitted by both the learned Advocates that in view of the disposal of Second Appeals, the Interim Applications also stand disposed of. Therefore, in the cause title of the order dated 5th January 2023, all the Interim Applications be added and following paragraph 7 be added after paragraph 6:

"7. In view of disposal of Second Appeals, Interim Application Nos.30512 of 2022, 30513 of 2022, 30510 of 2022, 30511 of 2022 and Civil Application No.440 of 2010 also stand disposed of."

In 4th line of paragraph 3 of the order, the word "them" be substituted by word "the parties".

Order dated 5th January 2023 be accordingly corrected and corrected order be uploaded.
