1. Heard Ms. Maindad, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 2.

The present Interim Application has been filed for seeking expeditious hearing of Writ Petition No.4492 of 1988 and connected Writ Petition No.2523 of 1991 and Writ Petition No.2520 of 1991 therein.

It is seen that the Writ Petitions are pertaining to the years 1988 and 1991 respectively. In view thereof, I am inclined to grant the Interim Application.

Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"That Hon'ble Court be pleased to expedite the hearing of instant Writ Petitions and connected matters i.e.

In view of the above, Interim Application is disposed of. 6.

Place the Writ Petition No.4492 of 1988, Writ Petition No.2523 of 1991 and Writ Petition No.2520 of 1991 on final hearing board as per its turn on 2nd February, 2023.
