This petition is filed seeking a direction to the Respondent - Authority to decide the representation of the Petitioner regarding transfer of the Petitioner who is working as a Teacher in the Zilla Parishad on the policy of keeping the working couple together. 2.

The representation was made on 9 November 2021and immediately within four days thereafter this writ petition is filed seeking a direction. In essence what the Petitioner seeks as a writ of mandamus which is premised on the fact that the Authority which by ATUL GANESH KULKARNI Date:

All that we state that since this is a matter of transfer the concerned Authority will consider disposing of the same at an early date depending of course on the workload and the earlier timebound commitments. 4.
