This matter is produced for speaking to the minutes for corrections in the order dated 29/08/2019.

The operative part of that order reads thus ; "(i) In the event of his arrest in connection with C.R.No.213 of 2019 registered with Vairag Police Station, District Solapur, till the next date, the Applicant be released on bail on his executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/­ (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount".

Perusal of the entire order shows that, the application was finally disposed of. In the operative part no further date is given. Thus, since the application is finally disposed of, the words "till the next date" are not correct. Therefore, from clause (i) of the operative part these words will have to be deleted. The operative part shall read thus ;

"(i) In the event of his arrest in connection with C.R.No.213 of 2019 registered with Vairag Police Station, District Solapur, the Applicant be released on bail on his executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/­ (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount".
