This Appeal was filed on 1st October, 2015 through the Power of Attorney Holder, Santosh Hanmant More. The learned Counsel informs the Court that the appellant, Hanumant Mansing More died on 5th September, 2015. In view of this, the Appeal itself was not maintainable through Power of Attorney Holder. The Appeal is therefore dismissed.
