By this Civil Application, the Applicants/ Original Claimants are seeking condonation of 160 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and order dated 08/02/2017 passed by the Commissioner of Employees Compensation and Judge, 4th Labour Court, Solapur in Misc. W. C. No.

6/2016 arising out of common Judgment and order dated 05/01/2016 passed in Application W.C. No. 24/2013 reducing the compensation payable to the Applicants.
