Mr. Ajay Joshi, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Ujwal Agandsurve, learned counsel for the respondent submits that on 12/10/2018, they had made a statement that the proceedings H.M.P. No. 165/2014 which is pending before CJSD, Pandharpur should be transferred to Family Court, Pune and that H.M.P. No.129/2014 which is pending before CJSD, Sangli should remain at Sangli since it had reached the fag end. However, due to typographical error/ inadvertence, the H.M.P. No.129/2014 which is pending before CJSD, Sangli is also ordered to be transferred to Family Court, Pune. Since both the parties agree that it is a typographical error/inadvertence, the same needs to be corrected.

Hence, the words "both the matters" in paragraph 2 of the order dated 12/10/2018 be deleted and be substituted with words "H.M.P. No.165/2014". Similarly, in paragraph 2 (ii), the words "129/2014 and" stands deleted and paragraph 2(ii) reads as under :­ " H.M.P. No.165/2014 pending in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pandharpur is transferred to the Family Court, Pune for disposal in accordance with the law. "
