The Petitioner has alleged that the Respondents have breached the order of this Court dated 12 July 2018 in Writ Petition No. 1629 of 2018. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner informs that subsequently the Respondents have complied with the order.

The Contempt Petition has remained pending. No notices have yet been issued. Since the corrective measures have been taken before the Court has examined the matter, we are not inclined to proceed further in contempt jurisdiction 3.
