Dr.Warunjikar, learned Counsel for the Petitioner therefore on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to adopt alternate remedy i.e. either to file an Application for discharge and/or to contest the said case arising out of C.R. No.137 of 2022 registered with Shahuwadi Police Station, Kolhapur, under Sections 7(a) and 12 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C. before the trial Court.

Leave and liberty granted.

Petition is disposed off as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 4.

It is made clear that, the present Petition is disposed off on the ground of availability of alternate remedy as noted herein above and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits or issues involved in the present Petition.
