The learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the matter is settled between the parties and he has obtained the order from the Family Court, Solapur under Section 13 (b) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 in Petition No. F­111/17 dated 13th March, 2018. He placed on record the copy of the judgment dated 13th March, 2018 passed by the Family Court, Solapur.

In view of subsequent event, the learned counsel for the Appellant Aswale 1/2
