This petition takes an exception to the order dated 2.6.2016 passed by the Respondent No. 2 in Review Application No. 122 of 2016.

The petitioner herein has filed the aforesaid Review Application against the order dated 05.03.2016 passed by the Respondent No. 1 under Section 83 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1961. 3.

By the impugned order the Respondent No. 2 rejected the application filed by the petitioner to stay the execution of order dated 05.03.2016.

There is no interim order in the present petition. In the absence of any interim order there is no point in hearing the petition on merit after six years that too against the interlocutory order the Respondent No. 2 shall however, endeavour to decide the Review Application No. 122 of 2016 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, if it is still pending. 5.

Petition is disposed of.
