By the present Petition received through jail, the Petitioner was seeking parole leave for performing surgery of his son. 2.

Learned A.P.P. on instructions submitted that, subsequent thereto the Petitioner was released on Covid-19 parole on 10th May 2020 and he himself has now returned to prison on 29th May 2022. 3.
