Heard learned counsel for the applicants in Criminal Application No. 1030 of 2014. The order dated 30th June, 2015 was passed in 5 Criminal Applications including Criminal Application No. 1030 of 2014. However,by mistake Criminal Application No. 1030 of 2014 has not been included in the operative order. The case sought to be quashed in the said application was Regular Criminal Case No.7 of 2000 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Oros, Sindhudurga. It is therefore, directed that Regular Criminal Case No. 7 of 2000 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Oros, Sindhuduraga shall be included in the cases which are ordered to be quashed by last paragraph of the operative part of the order.
