By this petition, the challenge was to the order dated 8th July, 2022 passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner rejecting the petitioner's Application seeking intervention in Application No.9/2021.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the Application below Exhibit 13 seeking intervention may be allowed rsk 1 of

In light of the consensus which has been arrived at between the parties, the petition stands allowed. The impugned order dated 8th July, 2022 is hereby quashed and set aside. Consequently, the Application under Section 73A of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950 seeking intervention is allowed. It is made clear that all rights and contentions of both the parties are expressly kept open. 5.

As the Application is of the year'2021 and has been stayed by this Court pending hearing and disposal of the present petition, the Joint Charity Commissioner is requested to decide the Main Application No. 9/2021 expeditiously and in any event within a period of 6 months from today.
