Heard learned Senior counsel for applicants, learned APP for the Respondent-State and learned counsel for Respondent No.2. 2.
Learned APP after hearing some time, he produced bank statements of the applicant showing that the amounts are transferred in the bank account of the applicants. Learned Senior Counsel seeks time to take instructions in that regard.
