It is submitted on behalf of learned Advocate appearing for petitioner that in paragraph no.5 of judgment dated 17.09.2025 words plaintiff and defendant have been interchanged to each other. Instead of defendants having filed an application below Exhibit-24 it is reflected as plaintiff filed application and opposed by defendants. Hence, he requests to correct the same.

In that view of matter, necessary corrections be carried out in paragraph no.5 of judgment dated 17.09.2025 and corrected order be uploaded.
