This is an Application seeking condonation of delay for the delay caused in filing the Criminal Application for leave to appeal against the Accused Nos.1 to 4.

Learned Counsel, Ms. Khatmode, for the Respondents opposes the present Application. There is a delay of 1 year and 74 days caused in filing the aforesaid Appeal. The reasons for the said delay have been satisfactorily explained in para Nos.2 & 3 of the Application. Hence the delay is condoned.
