The Additional Sessions Judge vide its order dated 14th October 2022, while releasing the applicant on bail considering the nature of offence directed that the applicant shall not enter in Village : Mhalewadi, Tal. Chandgad, District : Kolhapur until further orders. 2.

The applicant immediately thereafter on 23rd October 2022 filed an application for relaxation of the said condition. The Additional Sessions Judge rejected the said application by order dated 23rd August 2022.

I do not find any perversity in the order passed by the learned Sessions Court. Hence, the application is rejected. However, the applicant is granted liberty to move the application after six months. by KANCHAN PRASHANT DHURI Date:
