Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner. He invited my attention to the order passed at Exh.135 in Sessions Case No.117/2017 dated 16.08.2019 by the District Judge & Addl. Sessions Judge, Sangli whereby the prayer for adjournment sought by the learned counsel for the applicant was rejected. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner was allowed to cross-examine the witness and the trial is almost completed. Therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.
