P.C.:- 1) Learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions submitted that, in pursuance of the Order dated 13th August 2024, the Applicant has deposited the said cost of Rs. 2,00,000/- with the Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare Fund, within stipulated period. 1.1) A praecipe dated 29th August 2024 alongwith a photocopy of the receipt dated 24th August 2024 issued by the Canara Bank indicating that the said amount is deposited in the concerned bank account, is produced on record.

1.2) In view thereof, the directions issued by Order dated 13th August 2024 are complied with.
