By this First Appeal, the Appellant original Claimant is challenging the Judgment and Award dated 26th July 2016 passed by MACT, Satara in MACP No. 408 of 2014 holding that the appellants are entitled to sum of Rs,1,78,000/­ by way of compensation with interest @ 7.5% p.a.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Appellant and the Judgment and Award, I satisfied that a case is made out for passing the following order:

a) Admit.

b) Printing is dispensed with.

d) Registry is directed to call R & P immediately.
