The Petitioner has sought a direction to the District Court to dispose of the pending proceedings within six months. No other relief is sought.

We are not inclined to pass such orders as such a direction without appreciating the workload before the learned District Judge would be prejudicial to those who are waiting with more pressing and urgent causes.

It is for the Petitioner to apply to the District Court for early Sneha Chavan
