We expressed that the remedy of the petitioner is to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that appropriate application will be iled before the Tribunal. 2.

In this view of the matter, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to pursue the application before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.
