By this application the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition No. (iii) imposed by this Court (Coram : Anil S. Kilor J.) by order dated 29th January, 2025 in Criminal Bail Application No.3423 of 2023.

It is the contention of learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been released on bail. While granting the bail, this Court has imposed the condition no. (iii) on the applicant to attend the Rajarampuri Police Station, Kolhapur twice in month. He further submitted that the investigation is 1/3

completed. Charge-sheet has been filed. Applicant is finding difficulty to attending the Police Station twice in a month. Hence, requested to allow the application.

Learned APP strongly objected the present application. She submits that applicant is a resident of Karnataka. If condition is relaxed, he may abscond. Hence, requested to reject the application.

I have heard both the counsel. Perused the record. 5.

The applicant is attending the Court dates regularly. Trial is started, hence, it is not necessary to attend the police station again and again. If required, the applicant can attend the Police Station as per the requirement of the Investigating Officer. In view of the above, I pass the following order:

O R D E R

I.

Application is allowed.

II.

Condition No. (iii) imposed by this Court (Coram : Anil S. Kilor J.) by order dated 29th January, 2025 in Criminal Bail Application No.3423 of 2023, is hereby relaxed.

III. Applicant to attend the Rajarampuri Police Station as and when required.
