We are of the view that the purpose of this petition shall be served by issuing necessary directions to the Respondent No. 2. Accordingly, the petition is partly allowed and Respondent No. 2 is directed to decide the proposal dated 16th July 2014 seeking by ATUL GANESH KULKARNI Date:

2022.02.22 18:12:51 +0530 approval to the services of the Petitioner as Shikshan Sevak, in ATUL GANESH KULKARNI accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, if the 1 / 2

We further direct that if the proposal is favourably considered and approval to the appointment of the Petitioner as Shikshan Sevak is granted, necessary steps for inclusion of the name of the Petitioner in Shalarth System be taken without any further delay. 4.
