He has filed a preacipe dated 07/02/2020 wherein he has stated that civil application for substituted service has been allowed by the Hon'ble Court vide order dated 14/11/2019 thereby the applicant is permitted to publish notices in the newspapers (1) Free Press Journal and (2) marathi newspaper known as "Janshakti".
He has further stated that the circulation of the said marathi newspaper i.e. " Janshakti" was terminated by its publishers. Therefore he has prayed that he may be permitted to publish the said notice in another marathi newspaper "Ratnagiri Times".
In the circumstances, the request made by the Advocate for the Petitioner deserves to be considered. Accordingly the prayer made by the Advocate is allowed.
