In a divorce proceedings on the ground of adultery, Civil Court awarded maintenance of Rs. 5000/- keeping in view the nature of employment and income of the petitioner-husband. 2] Admittedly, petitioner is working in Border Security Force and is earning salary of Rs. 30,000/-. As such, award of Rs. 5000/- is justified.
