The grievance of the petitioner is that names of voters were wrongly shown in different wards contrary to the factual position. This needs correction otherwise the election result unjustly get affected. The learned counsel appearing for the election commission states that no interference is warranted at this stage, as the election process is set in motion. The voting is to take place on 1st November, 2015.

rpa 2/2 wp-9968-15.doc In the facts, we are not inclined to exercise our extra ordinary writ jurisdiction of this Court as the election process is set in motion.

Petition is dismissed.
