In terms of order dated 18/11/2015, the applicant was required to pay certain amounts within two weeks from the date of order i.e. by 03/12/2015. The applicant has however paid the amount on 07/12/2015. Reasons for the delay have been set out in the praecipe. Accordingly, delay of 4 days in payment of the amount is hereby condoned. The authority to proceed on the basis that there is compliance insofar as the time schedule is concerned. 4.
