This First Appeal is dismissed for non-compliance of the office objection, namely, non-supply of the copies of the Appeal paper-book within the stipulated time. It was dismissed on 13th March 2015. At that time, the deficit Court Fees of Rs.15,613/- was also not paid. 2.
Now learned counsel for the appellant-Insurance Company submits that, the appellant-Insurance Company will file an application for restoration of this First Appeal and also pay the deficit Court Fees within a period of four weeks from today.

The request is granted, as a last chance. If the needful is not done within a period of four weeks from today, the earlier order of dismissal would stand confirmed.
