It is also pointed out that in the Order dated 27th October, 2023 though Interim Application No. 16429 of 2023, filed for restoration of cross objections was heard and allowed, the same is not reflected in the Order. Learned Advocate for Original Appellant confirms this.

Interim Application No. 16429 of 2023 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). The same be reflected in the Order dated 27th October, 2023.
