3) In view of the decree of divorce, they have submitted the Settlement Formats. The judgment and order of the Family Court dissolving their marriage is annexed to the Settlement Formats and are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification respectively.

4) In view of the foregoing, the Appeals are disposed of as withdrawn.
