By an interim order of order dated 18­11­2015, the applicant was required to pay certain amounts within two weeks from the date of order i.e. 03/12/2015. The applicant has however paid the amount on 07/12/2015. Reasons for the delay have been set out in the praecipe. Accordingly, delay of 4 days in payment of the amount is hereby condoned.
