PER COURT :

This is an application for Anticipatory Bail in Cr. No.710 of 2022 registered with Solapur Police Station, for offences punishable under Section 379 of Indian Penal Code. The FIR was lodged on 5th September, 2022.

The complainant has alleged that, Jercy Cow and Goat wore missing. He tried to search. The Cow could be traced but the Goat was not found. Hence, the FIR was registered.

Apparently the FIR was lodged against unknown person. The Cow was found in adjacent village. Learned APP submit that, the applicant was involved in committing theft of animals.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2778 of 2022 is allowed.

(ii) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with C. R. No.710 of 2022 registered with Solapur Police Station. The applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. (iii) The applicant shall report Investigating Officer as and when called for till filing of charge-sheet.
