The respective counsel submit that today the parties to the present Application have settled their disputes amicably. They have drawn terms of settlement which are produced on record. They are taken on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification. The parties to the present Criminal Application are present before the Court and have given an oral undertaking to this Court that they would not only abide by the consent terms/terms of settlement, but they would lead a happy family life together.
