Mr. Choudhari, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file report under section 154 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 before the Police Officer in charge of the concerned Police Station. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such. 2.

Needless to state that in the event of Report under section.154 of Cr.P.C is filed by the Petitioner, the concerned police officer shall take appropriate action in accordance with the law.
