The above Writ Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ratnagiri dated 1st July, 2023 passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002. When we pointed out to the learned counsel for the Petitioners that there is an alternate remedy available to challenge the said order under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, the learned counsel for the Petitioners has fairly stated that he would like to withdraw the above Writ Petition with liberty to avail of the alternate remedy.
