The above Civil Application has been filed for setting aside the order of dismissal passed qua Respondent No.9(e) in the above Civil Revision Application. The Civil Revision Application stood dismissed against the Respondent No.9(e) in view of the fact that no steps were taken to serve the Respondent No.9(e). In view of the fact that Advocate Mr. M. R. Suryavanshi is now appearing for the Respondent No.9(e), the above Civil Application is allowed. The delay in filing the Civil Application is also condoned. The Civil Revision Application is restored against the Respondent No.9(e). The ad­interim order dated 07.02.2012 would also BGP.
