A report of the Superintendent of Police, Satara is taken on record and marked "A" for identification. The report shows that for the reason of safety and security, the Petitioner is being produced before the trial Court through video conference facility. There is no reason for us to reject the report and, therefore, we accept the report. We, however, direct Satara Police to physically produce the Petitioner before the trial Court, if there is any specific order passed in that regard by the trial Court.

Since, the purpose of this writ petition has been served, we dispose off the petition accordingly.
