Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties, we deem it fit and convenient to dispose of this writ petition by directing Respondent No.2-the appellate authority to dispose of the Petitioner's appeal for grant of parole leave filed on 21st May 2014, copy of which is at Exhibit-A to this petition, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
