The Petitioner has filed an Appeal from order dated 23/03/2021 passed by the First Appellate Court. By the said order the application for interim relief came to be rejected. It was filed during the pendency of the first appeal. Whereas in this petition, the ad-interim order dated 21/01/2015 passed by the First Appellate Court is challenged.

In view of the final disposal of the interim application and in view of the fact that appeal from order has been filed, the Petitioner does not want to prosecute this petition.
