The said Application was fled seeking condonation of delay in fling the Appeal under the provisions of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. However, a learned Single Judge (Coram : Bharati Dangre, J.) by order dated 09.11.2023 has allowed conversion of the said Appeal into Bail Application.
