The petitioner claims to be senior to Respondent No.7 in that case the matter would be about supersession. 2.

The petitioner may have remedy under section 9(1) (b) of The Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977 ('MEPS Act'). In challenging the same the Petitioner can also challenge the orders of grant of approval.

The Petitioner is also at liberty to avail such recourse as permissible under law. In that event all contentions of the N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

With these observations the Writ Petition is disposed of.
