Learned counsel for the parties submit that the Petitioner and the Respondent No.5 have settled their dispute and tender the consent terms executed by the Secretary and Authorised Signatory of Petitioner and by the Respondent No.5. The consent terms along with the resolution of Petitioner Market Committee is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

As per the resolution dated 30th April 2024, approval has been granted for filing the consent terms in the present petition by the Solapur Agricultural Produce Market Committee. 3.

Consent terms are signed by the Secretary and Authorised Signatory of the Petitioner. He is present in Court and reiterated the Patil-SR 1 of

15 Wp-13118-2023.doc contents of the consent terms. The Respondent No. 5 is also present in Court. Parties are identified by their respective counsel. 4.

Undertakings given in the consent terms are accepted as undertakings to this Court.
