The learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the staffing pattern has been rectified and sanctioned. In view of that prayer clause (c) and [(d)-1] is not pressed. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the issue of granting approval to Petitioner Nos.3 and 4 is still pending with Respondent No.1.

In view of above, if the proposal seeking approval of appointment of Petitioner No.3 and 4 is pending, then the Respondent No.1 shall take decision in accordance with the policy and preferably within four months from today.

As far as the order dated 18th September 2017 at page 177 is concerned, the Petitioner may take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

All contentions are kept open.

The Petition is disposed of.
